Emily has eight years of real estate experience, and has been involved with residential sales, commercial & residential income sales, real estate development, consulting, and real estate finance. In 2008, she spent part of the year being bi-coastal and working on a large project (a brand new 58-story building with 223 residences) with a partner in New York City, right next to Ground Zero. Emily's success has been built through her strong relationships with her clients, local real estate agents as collaborators, local vendors, and her community network. Her youthful spirit, high energy, and charming personality make her one of the easiest and most sought after agents to work with. In addition to being an agent, Emily has consulting experience in her background, she has mentored other new agents, and she is also a member of the PR Committee for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. Emily has a degree in Business Economics & Accounting at the University of California, Santa Barbara. At work and at play (usually painting, surfing, doing yoga, or hiking), Emily's ability to problem solve serves her clients and the community well.
